Three Shades of Gray Guys Birthday Card

Have you ever tried to do repeated stamping? Of course, it is easy when you use the Stamparatus precision stamping plate. However, I couldn't use it since I wanted the triple "Happy" so close together. Thanks to the grid paper in the Well Suited Designer Series Paper it was easy to create this Masculine Birthday card using the technique of Repeated Stamping.

My customers created this card at my February Stamp and Chat classes. A couple of the gals decided to put the birthday vertically next to the triple happy and that looked nice too!

This card was inspired by Akiko Sudano.

Products Used to Create this Card:

Smoky Slate cardstock card base cut 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Well Suited Designer Series Paper - 3 different designs:
Grid Paper cut 3" x 4-1/4"
Dotted Gray cut 1" x 4"
Vertical Gray stripe cut 1" x 5-1/4"

Biggest Wish stamp set
Three Inks used - Smoky Slate, Gray Granite, Memento Tuxedo Black

Not from Stampin' Up! Baker's Twine - gray and white

Basic White inner card layer cut at 4" x 5-1/4"

Matte Black Dots for embellishment
Basic White Envelope with DSP flap cut 2-3/8" x 6", adhered and trimmed

Like many of my designs, you can incorporate any Designer Series Paper in your stash to create this style card for either a guy or a gal! Give it a try!

Happy Stamping!
