Hey There Pumpkin Card

Here's a fun fold for you!  You get two cards from one sheet of cardstock. Use an 8-1/2" x 11" cardstock sheet cut diagonally, then scored. Lay the cardstock landscape/horizontally. The cut from the upper right corner to the lower left corner and scored at 4-1/4" horizontally and 5-1/2" vertically.

This card was CASED from Tina Shaw. Partly because it was soooo cute and partly because I wanted to try this diagonal fold. It isn't hard at all!  This card is one of five I'll be offering at my next In-Home (with Covid Safety precautions in place, of course!) Card Class on October 17 and 18.

Full Disclosure - The greeting shown came from a Paper Pumpkin stamp set a couple of years ago, but of course you can use whatever stamp set you want!

Let's Create This Card!

1. Cut and score Basic Black cardstock on the diagonal as described above.

2. Cut the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper Stack sheet and the Rich Razzleberry cardstock at 4" x 5-1/4" each. Cut on the same diagonal to fit the section you are working on.  (Fun tip: You can really make two cards at a time with this diagonal technique.) Affix layers to card front.

3. Die cut out Stitched Nested Label die and stamp chosen greeting. You only need to adhere the top diagonal portion of the label to the top diagonal flap.

4. Finish card by stamping and adhering pumpkin as shown, then raise leaf with mini-dimensional.

5. Finish card with three orange enamel dots. Looking good!
