Jingle Bells and Angel Wings

Here's the last of the three card designs I made with the Christmas Means More stamp set. I think this one is my favorite due to the shiny foil bells and the silver glimmer paper balanced with the red ink and red striped paper. Don't you love it too? It's just so sparkly!

One little hint to know: When you die cut out the foil bells, those holly pieces are also cut out, so if you are very, very careful, turn the foil over and put a piece of scotch tape to hold them in place. I like the look of them just appearing to be embossed.

Let's Create this Card!

1) Whisper White cardbase - 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4".

2) Retired Let It Snow Designer Series Paper - 4" x 5-1/4" adhere to card front.

3) Thick Whisper White - 2-1/2" x 5-1/4", stamp image in Real Red ink.

4) Retired Silver Glimmer Paper - two strips cut 3/4" x 5-1/4" then adhered to the back of the thick Whisper White.

5) Die cut Red and Silver Foil bells using the Sounds of the Season Dies and your die cutting machine. Scotch tape the holly pieces per the hint above.

6) Cut a 4" piece of the 3/8" Real Red Sheer Ribbon and thread it through both tops of the bells. Then affix the bells with dimensionals. Make sure the ribbon is folded in half and folded over the back of this thick layer. Affix with scotch tape.

7) Use Dimensionals to raise up this thick layer on card front. Tie bow and affix at top of bells with glue dots.
