Shrinky-Dink "Luggage Tag" and cute Suitcase

Jeanne Moss has the amazing directions to make these cute suitcases for your stamping tools like adhesives, scissors, bone folder, etc. at the link below.

How I changed it up was I wanted to try to make a "Luggage Tag" from Bright White Shrinky Dink plastic (You can order it from Amazon.) I used the Letters for You photopolymer stamp set, Black Stazon Ink, one of the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies (cut out on my Big Shot), plus a normal 1/4" hole punch. The Ball Chain keychains I got off of Amazon (there are many options to choose from.) I used my Stampin' Up! Heat gun and a large meat fork to hold it by the hole from moving all over while I shrink it. Once it is shrunk down, I use a clear block to gently finish flattening it. Once it is cool, I use a black sharpie to carefully color the sides to give it a more finished look. Then add the keychain and around the handle it goes!

More Inspiration for You from my October 8-9th Classes

Original design using the Letters for You Bundle, retired Designers Series Paper on Night of Navy cardstock. Current ribbon is Smokey Slate 1/8" Stitched Ribbon plus added bling with rhinestones on the right edge.

I just love the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper in the current Holiday catalog. It really wasn't too bad to fussy cut out the houses. Shelly Young was the Pinterest inspiration behind this card, but I still changed it up by placing the houses on an imaginary hill and adding the Early Espresso ribbon and white sequins on the roof edge.

This card's layout was inspired by http://personally4u.blogspot.com/ but I changed up the vellum paper and glimmer washi tape to use some I had on hand. Very simple and easy.

This original design used the Halloween Treat stamp from the current Holiday catalog combined with some retired washi tape and Designer Series paper.

Happy Stamping!

Assorted Cards to Inspire You!

Hello Everyone,

I'm so behind in my posting, I just thought I'd do a quick catch-up just to show you what I've been up to in the last month or so.

I was inspired by others, but made this my own by adding the Merry Christmas banner and making my own snowman arms. Used the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (141497 - $27) and the Snow Place stamp set (139738 - $26)

Inspired again from Pinterest but made it my own using Stylized Birthday (141828 - $10) and Sweet Cupcake and Framelits Bundle (142232 - $43) all in Peak a boo Peach and Chocolate Chip.

Thoughtful Branches set was a short lived special offer from Stampin' Up! but it has already sold out! Many demos offered inspiration on Pinterest with similar layouts.

This was an original by me using up some retired holiday Designer Series Paper, a felted wreath embellishment from about 6 years ago (been saving that a long time!) and the Letters for You and Framelits Bundle (142348 - $133)

Thanks for stopping by.
