Assorted Cards to Inspire You!

Hello Everyone,

I'm so behind in my posting, I just thought I'd do a quick catch-up just to show you what I've been up to in the last month or so.

I was inspired by others, but made this my own by adding the Merry Christmas banner and making my own snowman arms. Used the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits (141497 - $27) and the Snow Place stamp set (139738 - $26)

Inspired again from Pinterest but made it my own using Stylized Birthday (141828 - $10) and Sweet Cupcake and Framelits Bundle (142232 - $43) all in Peak a boo Peach and Chocolate Chip.

Thoughtful Branches set was a short lived special offer from Stampin' Up! but it has already sold out! Many demos offered inspiration on Pinterest with similar layouts.

This was an original by me using up some retired holiday Designer Series Paper, a felted wreath embellishment from about 6 years ago (been saving that a long time!) and the Letters for You and Framelits Bundle (142348 - $133)

Thanks for stopping by.

December 5-6 Card Class

Once again I was crunched for time, but I was able to find some lovely cards to CASE or be inspired by for the December card class selections.

Snowflake Ornament Card using Masking and Remasking Technique

For the life of me I can't find the You Tube video I watched to learn this technique, but it wasn't that hard. The idea basically was to stamp your image. Then cut into the cardstock portion you want to "hang out" on top over your framelit, then run the rest through the big shot. Then fussy cut the hanging over portion just how you want it.

I didn't write down who inspired me for this card, if it's you, please let me know.
Hello Honey, Basic Black and Very Vanilla cardstocks, Oval Framelit and Big Shot, plus the Cozy Christmas stamp set, and matching Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper.

Same with this quick and easy card. Season of Cheer Designer Series Paper, Jingle All the Way stamp set, foil doily, 2" and 2-1/2" circle punches, and distressed dots embossing folder. Whisper White and Real Red cardstock.

My friend, Sharon, gave me one of these at OnStage in Vancouver so I couldn't resist making more.

Snowman Nugget Treat

This isn't as hard as it looks, Do use the super sticky double sided tape with the red removable side. Also I highly recommend using the bone folder to soften the 1" strips that go around the bag. You can use your fingers to curve and soften the handles.

Merry Christmas to one and all!
