3 Days of Last Chance Sale-a-Bration Ideas #2

I was feeling a little springy so daisies and a butterfly came together in this lovely card for you today. This card is for the casual cardmaker.

Since Sale-a-bration is winding up on Feb. 28, I wanted to show you another fun way to combine two products to make a great card. The Sale-a-Bration products I used were Flower and Field Designer Series Paper (DSP) and A Touch of Ink stamp set.

Current products used were Daisy Lane stamp set and Medium Daisy Punch, Cardstock Vellem, Basic White Cardstock, Garden Green cardstock, Triple Banner Punch, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Pool Party Ink, Daffodil Delight ink, Daffodil Delight and Pool Party Stampin' Blends.

Retired Products - the Pool Party Enamel Dots. You can use whatever embellishments you have that look good to you.

Card Base is Basic White cut 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Flower and Field DSP 4" x 5-1/4"
Bumblebee Polka Dot is the reverse side of one of the DSP sheets - cut 1-1/2" wide by 5" then the end was punched with the Triple Banner Punch.
Garden Green is 1-5/8" wide by 5" long, where I adhered the Polka Dot strip to the Garden Green, then fussy cut the banner end to match, then trimmed the banner to the length I wanted.

Here'a a close-up of the layers on the banner tag. The Butterfly was fussy cut out with Paper Snips and raised up with Dimensionals. The other three daisies were affixed together with glue dots and then more glue dots to the banner tag.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I love to be of service to my readers.

Happy Stamping!
