Anytime is the Perfect Time to Use Stampin' Up!s Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper to Make the Most Beautiful Expanding Birthday Cards Ever for a Friend!

I have to say Stampin' Up! has created the most glorious Designer Series Paper that I have seen in a long, long time. This exquisite Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper (DSP) is one of my all-time favorities that I've used in the 12 years I've been a Demonstrator.

The colors are rich and vibrant. The flower assortment goes so well together. The hand painted look makes me almost feel like I'm walking through Monet's Garden. Do you agree?

The two cards I'm sharing today are quick and easy to make, so you could make several from the gorgeous sheets in this Designer Series Paper collection.

This Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper is only available through February 28, 2023 as one of the reward choices from Sale-a-Bration. Place a $50 order with me before tax and shipping and you can select this fabulous pack of DSP. If you purchased the Framed Florets Bundle (see link and photo below) for $54 USD you'd be all set to get this DSP free! That's a $12 value!

For the First Card Shown:
The first two photos are what I would call an advanced beginner's card design. It uses a 5-1/4" x 12 piece of the Dainty Flowers, with scoring at 4", 6", and 8". Be very careful to not to press too hard when scoring or you will rip this lovely paper. Fold the paper into a W shape and press flat. The back section is then glued to a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of Rich Razzleberry cardstock.

Next cut another piece 1" x 5" of Dainty Flower DSP and a 2-1/2" x 5" piece of Basic White for the inside card back portion. Adhere those in place.

Using the Layering Circles Dies die cut the 2-1/2" larger one in Rich Razzleberry, and the 2-1/8" smaller one in Basic White.

With the Framed Florets Stamp Set and Rich Razzleberry Ink, stamp the sentiments shown.

Adhere the two circles together for the inner section and carefully adhere to only the left side of the circle so no adhesive will escape.

Adhere a matching exterior envelope flap 2-3/8" x 6" and trim off the excess paper. Beautiful set finished!

For the Second Card Shown:
The second two photos are what I would call an avid card design.

Prepare a 3" x 4" Rich Razzleberry rectangle and a 2-3/4" x 3-3/4" Basic White rectangle. Again using the Framed Florets Stamp Set and Rich Razzleberry ink, stamp the two images shown on the Basic White rectangle. Adhere those two layers together, then adhere to the front of the card.

Using the Layering Circles Dies die cut the 2-1/2" larger one in Rich Razzleberry, the 2-1/8" smaller one in Basic White.
