Christmas Cards in May with Lori

You should know by now I love to make cards. So when a fellow demo friend asked if I wanted to be part of her Christmas Card class this year. I said Yes!

The group meets via Zoom once a month and it is a fun two hours of "me-time."

Here's what my crafting desk looked like before we started. I had prepped my card pieces, mounted my Snowman Season stamps I would be using, and got the rest of the supplies I needed ready to go.

Here's the six cards I made. Two each of three designs. I used retired products except for the stamp set to see how creative I could be. I even used some very old deckle edge scissors from when my kids were much younger for the two horizontal cards. I have to say, I'm happy with the results. The retired Designer Series Paper that I used was a 6x6 stack called Quilted Christmas from several years ago. Real Red and Garden Green cardstock was used. Each card has a greeting stamped inside on a piece of Basic White. There was just enough paper left to put a matching piece on the envelope flap too!

Six more cards ready for the holidays!

Hope these cards inspire you to use up some of your stash of products to make holiday cards early this year.
