March 2 and 3 Stamp Camp Cards

February was such a busy month in my personal life, I didn't get much posted here, but I hope you'll think March's cards are worth the wait!

This Thank You card was CASed from Megan Davis, as I loved her color scheme of Very Vanilla, Wisteria Wonder, Basic Black and First Edition Specialty DSP. The Wisteria Wonder was dry embossed with the Lacy Brocade EF. The 1-1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon is discontinued from Stampin' Up, but I bet you could find some at your local craft store. I changed her design up with a different stamp set (Vintage Verses from 2013 Sale-a-bration stamped in Basic Gray, Daydream Medallions for the flower - stamped on Wisteria Wonder and Concord Crush then punched with the 1-1/4" scallop punch, and the Mixed Medley set "for you" for the center of the 1/2" punched circle in the bottle cap stamped in Black Staz-on) and used an Apothecary Accent framelit and the matching single Basic Label stamp colored with Basic Black SU marker, so the ink didn't get into the middle of the Basic label stamp. Plus I smashed the small bottle cap for accent with my Big Shot (you can find how-to videos on YouTube.)

Robin Messenheimer's design was my inspiration for this simple Easter card. I used Floral District DSP and the Everybunny stamp set (stamped with Black Staz-on.) Cardstock colors are Daffodil Delight, Raspberry Ripple, and Whisper White. The cute bunny was colored with watercolor pencils and blended with blender pen. Accent is 3 large pearl jewels.

This Sympathy Card design was inspired from Shari Winterstein's design, but I really made it my own. Crumb Cake is the card stock base overlaid with the woodgrain embossing folder also in Crumb Cake, but first stamped with Black Staz-on using the Loving Thoughts sentiment set and wrapped with two ribbons (Crumb Cake Seam Binding and Soft Suede 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon.) Then using Comfort Cafe DSP I made the faux pinwheel design mounted on Soft Suede cardstock and raised with Dimensionals. The center accent is 1" circle of Midnight Muse, 3/4" circle of Very Vanilla and finished with an Antique Brad.

This lovely 5" square card is a direct CASE of Mary Brown's design. This layout uses the color scheme of Tangerine Tango, Island Indigo and Pool Party, along with Sale-a-bration products of Sycamore Street DSP and matching ribbon and button pack. I've been intrigued with the Whisper White layer upon layer look and wanted to give it a try. Don't forget the trick to use a 1-1/4" square punch to get those perfect ends on your banners.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget you can shop online at my demonstrator website for all the things you see here.
