My First International Entry Ever! Vote for Me, Please!

I'm so excited to participate this month, first time ever! Below is a BIG round button to click on to go see all the entries and vote!

THEME FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR! Many people don't take the time to thank the ones that they love the most for the simple things that they do for them each day, or big things that they have done recently. It is so important to say thank you and show our appreciation for the hard work of others and the kindness that they show, especially during this pandemic time.

Here's my Slimline card design to say Thank You in a BIG Way!  I just love the Snailed It stamp set and it's matching Snail Mail Designer Series Paper, so this was the result for my first entry. I hope you like it!

I was inspired by Jeanna Bohanon's layout on Stamp Time Somewhere.

I had a few extra fussy cut envelopes so they went on the inside for some extra love!

Here's the simple rules: Click on the BIG round button. You get 5 votes, just click on the heart in the upper corner of the photo you are voting for. If I am lucky enough to be one of the top ten vote getters, I will get to take part in an international blog hop with Kylie and the other top nine at the end of March with a new Thank You card. So please help this girl out and visit the beautiful card entries.

Sharing An Original Design with You!

Welcome, I am glad you stopped by! I had so much fun creating the two cards I'm sharing today! These original designs use products in the new January-June Mini Catalog and the 2020 Annual Catalog.

First up is a baby card made Kangaroo & Company stamp set and Kangaroo Dies. The dies cut the slit in the kangaroo pouch so you can make an interactive card. That bunch of hearts can be pulled up and reveal "Just for You" on the tab that holds it in the pouch. So clever! Stampin' Up! hasn't done anything like this that I remember in the 10 years I have been a demonstrator. So Fun!

Inside the card, I went ahead and stamped the greeting and added the baby kangaroo. In my head I keep thinking Kanga and Roo from Winne the Pooh, but I know they aren't. They just remind me of my childhood when I would read and listen to all things Disney.

Don't forget to stamp the envelope! Either the back flap or the lower left front corner.
Makes the set complete!

Here's the Products I used with Links provided to my
Stampin' Up! Online Store so you can online shop with me.

Peaceful Moments stamp set for greeting
Soft Suede cardstock  4-1/4" x 11", scored at 5-1/2"
Petal Pink cardstock 4" x 5-1/4"
Woodgrain In Good Taste Designer Series Paper 3-3/4" x 5"
Pink "Blanket" In Good Taste Designer Series Paper 2-3/4" x 4"
Basic White cardstock for kangaroo, balloon, and card liner
Love You Always Foil Sheets small amount for balloons
Memento Tuxedo Black Ink

Stampin' Blends pens in the following colors:

Non Stampin' Up! items - 1/8" Red Satin Ribbon,
scotch tape to secure the twine to the back of the balloon.

Here's the bundle below

My Two Favorite Bundles in the New Mini Catalog

Wanna see some of the beautiful bundles in the new Mini Catalog? Take a peek here at the short video!

Did you know you save 10% when you buy a bundle? That is a great deal for several reasons: 1) You get a matched set of stamp set and dies or stamp set and punch, 2) you automatically know you have pieces that go together at a lesser cost than buying them separately, and 3) who doesn't like to save a bit of money?!

My two top favorite Bundles in this new Mini Catalog are:

Kangaroo & Company  (Reminds me of Winnie the Pooh characters)

Snailed It!  (I  love Puns!)

KANGAROO & COMPANY BUNDLE

Here's why I LOVE this Bundle: 1) You can make a little slider that will go into the kangaroo's pouch for an interactive/hidden greeting, 2) There are SO many ways you can combine the pieces in this set, and 3) It is just SO cute!

Photopolymer Stamp Set

Order number 156269   $36.75   Save 10% over buying the stamp and dies separately!

Here's one of the cards I made with this set. Sooo cute!

SNAILED IT BUNDLE

Here's why I LOVE this Bundle:  1) I love that the dies work with the Designer Series Paper and you can cut the snails out right there! 2) I love the saying "You've Got Mail," and 3) That "Happy Mail" stamp will be going on many, many envelopes!

Cling Stamp Set

Order Number 156255   $44.00  Save 10% over buying the stamp and dies separately!

Isn't this darling! I just love how everything coordinates! Makes creating cards so easy!
