Christmas in July - Candy Cane Lane card

An original of mine. I wanted to use up some of my stash of the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper (DSP) from last year's Holiday Catalog. I don't mind fussy cutting out the cute houses from the DSP, so that helps to make a card that is flatter. So other than the cardstock, everything else is retired. The narrow 1/8" real red grosgrain ribbon is also retired. At least you can be inspired as to a layout idea.
